Preeti Kohli

Preeti serves as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for TimesSquare. She manages the firm’s legal and compliance policies and procedures in accordance with its fiduciary duty to clients, and with all applicable rules and regulations. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Preeti served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel for LibreMax Capital, LLC. Prior to that, she held the role of Director of Compliance for Allen & Company LLC and Allen Investment Management LLC. Preeti has served in similar senior compliance roles at CVC Capital Partners, BNP Paribas, and Goldman Sachs & Co. She has her BA in Political Science from Stony Brook University and received her JD, cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is admitted to the New York State Bar. Preeti also holds the FINRA Series 7 license.
