Reuben Scherzer

Reuben is a Director and Analyst – Europe and other regions on TimesSquare’s International equity team which covers Developed, Emerging and Frontier markets. Prior to contracting with TimesSquare in 2020, Reuben was a Senior Analyst and Co-Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, where he focused on Developed Europe, sourcing and analyzing equity investment ideas for, and managing, an International Small Cap and Micro Cap strategy. Prior to Victory Capital Management, Reuben was an analyst on an International Small Cap team at Fiduciary Trust, a unit of Franklin Resources. Reuben graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Yeshiva University and has an M.B.A. from Fordham University. He spent a year abroad studying in Israel and is conversant in Hebrew.
